Miranda Lambert Says The Pandemic Has Brought Her Closer To Husband Brendan McLoughlin!

It’s no secret that many couples out there have ended their relationships while in lockdown last year. However, the pandemic hasn’t affected Miranda Lambert‘s relationship with her hunky husband Brendan Mcloughlin at all – at least not in a negative way!

Instead, the country singer gushed that the proximity and time together have only brought them closer, strengthening their bond!

This is what Miranda revealed while on SiriusXM’s The Storme Warren Show earlier today.

She dished that ‘We didn’t date very long before we got married, [so in the pandemic] we sort of got to just really, really, really get to know one another. Cause it was just us with no distraction, at my farm outside of Nashville. And so I was very thankful for it because it made us really strong. And, you know, I think it did that for a lot of couples, especially a lot of my friends do not really see their significant other because we are in different directions all the time. But with everything that’s happened last year, I think everyone was forced to reconnect with themselves and with people they really love and that are close to them.’

At this point in the conversation, the host noted that 2020 was a year which definitely defined relationships, be it in a way or the other.

Miranda agreed, adding that ‘I kept saying there is gonna be a lot of, lot of engagements and babies or a lot of divorce.’

While things are going really well between Miranda and Brendan, that is not to say there haven’t also been some moments when they have, indeed, felt the strain.

More precisely, they found it ‘triggering’ to have to back up in their Airstream trailer all the time while on trips.

But, thankfully, they have been also listening to different podcasts while on the road so it’s given them something else to focus their minds on, otherwise things could have gotten a bit boring.
